New partner Rajesh H Budhrani, based in Singapore, oversees the growth and development pipeline of Osborne+Co’s projects in Asia. Rajesh is a director in Budhrani Finance Ltd which managesa proprietary India focused public and private equity portfolio with assets in excess of USD 100M, as well as a real estate portfolio which includes JV with Godrej Properties Ltd and Tata Housing with a total built up area in excess of 3.5M sq ft. He serves as Director Centrum Retail Financial Services, a publicly listed financial services company. He is also a Director of PriviOrganics Ltd, Asia’s largest manufacturer of aroma chemicals and a director of Fairchem Speciality Private Limited, one of India’s largest publicly listed Speciality Chemical companies.
A truly global player, the founding directors of Osborne+Co have delivered more than 20M sq ft of developments across four continents worth £2.5BN to date. They are disrupting the traditional property sector structure with a new Built-To-Suit (BTS) model working hand-in-hand with end user occupiers such as JPMorgan Chase, Santander, Standard Chartered, HSBC, IBM, IKEA and CityGroup on their global property requirements.
Project Director, Rick McCulloch joins Construction & Design Director Flan McNamara, former Project Director of £2BN London Bridge Quarter and Will Hean, Director of Scotland. With over 40 years experience in partnership and framework agreements for multinationals, Rick is responsible for the delivery of strategic BTS developments at Osborne+Co in particular in Scotland and Asia, including CitiGroup (Manila) and Nestle (Philippines).
Earlier this year Osborne+Co was granted Master Plan approval on its 400M 1.7M Sq Ft Placemaking Project, The Waterside in Belfast. With over 20 years experience in the global commercial property acquisition and development sector, Tom Hamilton has been appointed Development Director Ireland. Joining from Turner & Townsend he has a proven ability in identifying development opportunities, securing planning and capacity to handle all aspects of the development process.
