Under the leadership of founding directors Jim Osborne and Conor Osborne and its industry leading executive management team, we are targeting a global development programme with a gross development value (GDV) of £5bn over the next three years. 

Within our home market of the UK, in partnership with Graftongate, the company is currently developing major office and mixed-use schemes in Glasgow and Belfast with a GDV of £550m. These form part of wider and clear development pipeline of circa. £1bn across the UK and Ireland.

Jim Osborne


Jim Osborne, director and joint founder of Osborne+Co, has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate development, providing solutions and creating value for global occupiers. Over the last 20 years, he has delivered major property projects, including HSBC’s and Standard Chartered Bank’s new headquarters, both in Dubai, and Symantec’s new European HQ in Dublin as well as major office buildings for Citigroup in The Philippines and Standard Chartered In Ghana.

Conor Osborne


Conor Osborne, director and joint founder of Osborne+Co, brings a wealth of real estate experience having created and worked on major real estate projects around the world across Osborne and Co’s footprint. Along with his father, Conor has delivered real estate schemes across Africa, the Middle East and Asia totalling 3.1m sq. ft, with a development pipeline of a further 4.2m sq. ft in 18 countries.

Rajesh H Budhrani


Rajesh H Budhrani. A partner in Osborne+Co. based in Singapore who oversees the growth and development pipeline of projects in Asia. Rajesh has considerable experience in financing and managing real estate projects in the region. Rajesh is a director in Budhrani Finance Limited which manages a proprietary India focused public and private equity portfolio with assets in excess of USD 100 million on behalf of the Budhrani Family as well as a real estate portfolio which includes Joint Ventures with Godrej Properties Limited and Tata Housing with a total built up area in excess of 3.5 million square feet. Rajesh serves as a Director of Centrum Retail Financial Services, a publicly listed full service financial services company with interests in Wealth Management (Best Indian Domestic Private Bank 2016 by Asiamoney), Forex Services, Insurance and Housing Finance. Rajesh is a Director of Privi Organics Ltd, Asia’s largest manufacturer of aroma chemicals which supplies to the Flavour, Fragrance and FMCG Industries including Proctor and Gamble and Givaudan and Unilever. Rajesh also serves as an Independent director of Fairchem Speciality Private Limited, one of India’s largest publicly listed Speciality Chemical companies that is a Joint Venture between Privi Organics and Canadian based Fairfax Financial Holdings which owns and manages global assets in excess of USD 25 billion. Rajesh holds a degree in Bachelor of Science, Major in Finance & Accounting from Boston College School of Management and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is also an active member in the Singapore Chapter of Young Presidents Organization. In addition to the family business Rajesh is an active supporter of the N.M.B family charity Trust and of several non-profit organisations in healthcare and education for children and physically challenged individuals.

Patrick (Jim) Kelly, is a Director and financial investor in Osborne+Co and one of the Executive Management team that is able to bring over 30 years of property and construction expertise to assist in Osborne+Co’s five-year development programme.

Jim Kelly is Managing Director of Corbally Group which is owned by the Kelly Family, a highly regarded successful family run business. In 2017 the family sold two very successful property and demolition businesses for in excess of £100 million. The company continues to retain a portfolio of sites which range from 2 – 375 acres predominantly of former redundant industrial sites which are at various stages in the planning process. The Corbally Group’s success is identifying highly contaminated sites and providing innovative solutions to remediate and develop the sites for housing, employment or a mixed-use scheme. This previous experience and specialist knowledge, as well as Jim’s vast connections within the property industry will assist Osborne+Co in their ambitious development programme.
