Osborne+Co is a strategic global property development solutions provider, collaborating on a one-to-one basis with end user occupiers. We specialise in defining, identifying and delivering major corporate real estate concept design, build and fund requirements.
Setting a new benchmark globally for end user best in class solutions, Osborne+Co combines a best practice approach to ground up delivery and the very latest in workplace innovation with many projects becoming destination properties, helping to attract and retain the best talent. Our build to suit solution delivers the base building, space configuration, specification of fit-out and internal finishes to end users exacting requirements.
Osborne+Co disrupt the traditional model by successfully collaborating directly with some of the biggest commercial companies in the world to deliver long-term global property needs, including JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, Intel, Honeywell, Nestle, Citi Group, Santander and IBM. We have recast the traditionally more adversarial ‘tenant-landlord’ dynamic, delivering full alignment of interest and creating mutually better real estate outcomes. The company is well-funded and our disruptive economic proposition of committing a minimum of 20% total equity of each project creates a compelling alignment of interests between Osborne+Co and our occupier partners. Our network and knowledge of global delivery and supply chains enables us to standardise solutions and offer a pre-determined set of highly compelling economics across numerous geographies. The development model consistently reduces client real estate cost by more than 20%.
In parallel to this, Osborne+Co also undertakes more traditional development activities, acquiring greenfield and brownfield sites, with and without planning, and strategically acquiring existing assets for repositioning. Within the UK alone, Osborne+Co is forging ahead with The Waterside, Belfast – a £500M, 1.7m sq. ft placemaking development, which will deliver a world-class waterfront locale and regeneration for the city.
Osborne+Co is redefining real estate and transforming the way global companies procure and occupy real estate around the world. We see real estate solutions as a tool to drive workplace and cultural evolution.
